Does your Spot /
Projection Welder Terminate the Weld Power in Real-Time
per the Weld Quality Nugget Displacement Measured in Real-Time?
CIW Can
When Installed on your Welder In Real-Time! View the CIW Terminate Weld Below:

The
Horizontal Axis Represents Time in Cycles.
The
Vertical Axis Represents the Measurement of Weld Nugget Displacement.
The Green Line Curve
represents Displacement of the Electrodes during Weld Nugget Formation.
Movement
towards the top indicates weld electrode retracting while the downward
indicates
Weld
electrode extending.
The Red
Line Curve
represents current reading of the secondary transformer.
The Black Line Curve represents the trigger voltage. The Descending
Graphic Line Displays the
SCR
Conducting voltage applied to the welding transformer. The Ascending Graphic
Line
Displays
the SCR Voltage is Off.
The Blue
Line Curve
represents Pnuematic Pressure reading of the Air / Oil.
The “X” Mark on the Graph indicates the time when CIW
WQC 2004 Terminates the Weld in real-time
